We are excited to begin the 4^th quarter of the 2018-2019 school year. Please take time to review the school calendar so that you don’t miss out anything important or exciting at school. As a reminder, please turn in your re-enrollment “blue” survey form before April 19^th.

2018-2019学年第四学季已经开始了，请家长仔细阅读学校校历以免错过重要及精彩的学校活动。温馨提示：请于4月19日之前交回《再注册调查表》（蓝色纸）。

2018-19학년도 4번째 쿼터가 시작되었습니다. 학사캘린더에 나온 여러가지 교내 행사일정을 참고해주시고 많은 참여 부탁드립니다. 지난번 각 가정으로 보내드린 파란색 재등록표 용지를 4월19일까지 학교로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

This year QISS is proud to present our Annual Art Show, “The Stories We Tell”. A comprehensive art exhibition including student and faculty work in various art mediums, such as: sculpture, mixed media, painting, drawing, performance, and weaving.

我们骄傲的宣布我们即将举办一年一度的艺术展“我们讲述的故事”，展出学生与老师们创作的各种形式的美术作品例如雕刻、混合多媒体、油画水彩、绘图、表演以及编织。

연례 아트쇼가 “The Story We Tell”이란 주제로 열립니다. 학생들과 교사들의 조각품, 멀티미디어, 회화, 드로잉, 공연, 뜨게질로된 다양하고 포괄적 예술작품이 전시됩니다.

So, come together with us in celebration of art, storytelling, and community on April 13^th. The opening reception will be held at the Qingdao Sculpture Gallery, from 12-3pm. The exhibition will remain on display until April 18^th. We’d love to see you there and share some stories with you!

来吧，和我们一起来参加4月13日的艺术展吧，开幕式将于12:00-15:00在青岛雕塑园举行，展览一直持续到4月18日。期待您的到来与我们一起分享精彩故事！

4월13일에 있을 이번 아트쇼에 참석해 주셔서 예술작품, 스토리텔링 그리고 다양한 문화를 축하하는 자리를 함께해 주시기 바랍니다. 개회 환영식이 청도조각공원내 갤러리에서 이날 오후 12시부터 3시까지 열리며 작품전시는 4월18일까지 진행될 예정입니다. 저희는 다양한 이번 아트쇼의 스토리를 여러분들과 나누고 싶습니다!

SCHOOL LIFE

QISSMUN 2019 was held at our campus on March 29-31. According to Ms. Jenny Parkinson, MUN Advisor, the QISSMUN has always been a conference which allows emerging delegates, experienced delegates, chairs and conference leaders to gain invaluable experience to grow and actively participate in an inclusive and supportive environment.

QISS模拟联合国2019会议于3月29日-31日在我校举行。据负责老师Jenny Parkinson介绍，无论对第一次参加会议的同学还是老会议成员，每一届的QISS模拟联合国会议都是一次难得的学习与积累的过程，一次积极参与相互包容相互支持的体验。

2019년도QISSMUN이 3월29일부터 31일까지 본교 캠퍼스에서 진행 되었습니다. MUN담당교사인 Ms. Jenny Parkinson은 QISSMUN의 회의에서는 새로운 대표단, 경험있는 대표단, 의장 그리고 회의 리더들에게 성장이 되는 소중한 경험이 쌓이고 다양한 활동에 참가하고 함께 참여하고 조력하는 환경을 제공한다고 전달해 왔습니다.

The conference’s theme was “Fostering Sustainable Development”. Over the three day events, the delegates developed an understanding and appreciation for the urgent need to find sustainable solutions on an international, national, local and personal level.

本次会议主题为“推动可持续发展”，在为期三天的会议中，成员们从国际、全国、当地和个人三个范围及层面就急需寻找可持续方案达成了认识与理解。

이번 회의는 “지속적인 발전 육성”의 주제로 진행되었습니다. 회의는 3일동안 진행되었으며 대표단들은 국제적, 국가적, 지역적 그리고 개인별의 지속적 문제의 긴급 도움을 해결안을 찾는데 감사와 이해를 발전해 나갔습니다.

Ms. Parkinson is very proud of her student leadership team. Their planning and execution of this event was successful because of their experience and professionalism.

我校模拟联合国会议的学生领导团队在组织和开展本次会议中的表现出来的丰富经验和专业化令他们的老师Ms. Parkinson感到无比的骄傲。

In Mr. Austin’s lower school music class, students can earn different colored belts as they progress through more difficult songs on their instruments.

小学音乐课上，乐器演奏取得进步Mr. Austin老师便发给孩子一种颜色的色带，不同的颜色代表不同的水平。

Mr. Austin의 초등부 음악시간에 학생들이 연주의 난이도의 따라 다른종류의 컬러벨트를 획득할수 있습니다.
