Dear QISS Families and Friends,
We are looking forward to a busy weekend at QISS. We hope to see everyone as audience members for our courageous students as they demonstrate their learning during our Key Assignment Day on Saturday. Then, follow up the next day with a nice jog and lunch with the QISS family and community.
这个周末的活动丰富多彩。先是周六的课业展，我们希望见到每一位家长前来观看孩子如何将自己所学的知识呈现给大家。然后周日的5公里跑，让我们一起尽享跑步和美食的乐趣吧。
QISS는 이번주말 다양한 행사로 채워집니다. 먼저 토요일 이번 학년도의 첫 키어사인먼트가 펼처지며 학생들의 다양한 발표에 학부모님께서 참석해 주시기 바랍니다. 다음날인 일요일에 QISS전 커뮤니티가 함께하는 5k마라톤과 런치 이벤트도 진행됩니다.

Tomorrow, buses will pick up students at regular times. Key Assignment Day will conclude with lunch in the QISS cafeteria then buses departing at 1pm.
明天早上校车照常到校，课业展结束后在餐厅吃过午餐下午1:00发车。
내일은 평소와 같은 시간에 스쿨버스가 오전에 운행됩니다. 키어사인먼트가 있는 날은 교내에서 점심식사 후 모든 일정이 마감되며 1시에 하교 시작합니다.
If you registered for the Halloween 5K, please arrive by 9:15am on Sunday to pick up your packet. Race begins at 10am on the campus of QISS.
参加5公里跑的家庭请于周日上午9:15之前到校，领取装备，上午10点比赛开始。
할로윈 5K마라톤에 등록하신 분들은 일요일 오전 9시15분까지 오셔서 현장 등록 및 패키지를 받아가시기 바랍니다. 레이스는 10시에 본교캠퍼스에서 시작됩니다.
This past weekend, QISS hosted the QISN Middle School soccer tournament. The boys played very well and finished with 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss on the day. The girls’ team went undefeated, not allowing a goal, earning the championship. Also, the girls were awarded team sportsmanship award from their peers. Congrats to both teams! Go Sharks!
上个星期六我校主办的青岛国际学校联盟（青盟）中学足球赛，我校男生队以1胜1平1负的成绩结束比赛，女生队每场全胜为让对方进一个球，最终获得比赛冠军，以及体育风尚奖。祝贺两队！前进吧鲨鱼队！
지난주말 QISS에서 QSIN중학부 축구토너먼트 경기가 열렸습니다. 남학생들은 열심히 뛰어준 결과 1승1무1패의 성적을 거줬습니다. 여학생들은 무패, 무실점이라는 대결과로 우승컵을 거머 쥐었습니다. 이에 더하여 학생들이 선정한 스포츠맨쉽상도 함께 수상했습니다. 양팀 모두 축하드립니다! Go Sharks!
This past week our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) moms donated 16 air purifiers to the classrooms at QISS. We thank them for their generosity and support of our kids’ education and well-being. The PTA continues to plan and work tirelessly each year to make our activities and events that much more special. Thank you PTA!
我们的家长会PTA出资购买了16台空气净化器，已经安放在部分教室里了。让我们对PTA的慷慨与支持表示衷心的感谢。每一年PTA不辞辛苦地持续不断地支持学校的教育与教学活动，真的非常感谢PTA！

Mr. Quan’s applied science class is showing sensitivity to our planet by apply the 3 R’s (Recycle, Reduce, and Reuse) to their sustainability projects using only recycled materials.
